  Had a few exterior lights changed at one of our buildings and AFTER they changed the bulbs for a few hundred dollars, they told me they recommended replacing some of the cases. First red flag, but I said sure, get us a quote. Then he says "well, you should really consider switching to LEDs." So I asked for a quote for that. They quote was ridiculously high for some simple wallpacks so I asked for a breakdown of pricing and Dan Wainscott, the PRESIDENT of the company, told me he had already spent enough time on it and if it was too high, I just needed to pay my first invoice. Never seen anything so unprofessional in my entire life. The whole office had a great laugh, because we'll gladly take our business elsewhere. I highly recommend everyone else do the same.

  I'm sorry Rob, that there were previous issues with the fixtures we repaired from another companies temporary solution to a glue fix which you were unaware of. We completed the job and offered a quote for replacement of the broken fixtures. We never said you had to fix them. Switching to LED and a better quality fixture were in your best interest. We could have just left them be but figured you should know what was going on. We were only trying to save you from the same issue in the future.

  We had Josh out twice in the past year to work on a house that we were flipping. He was fast and efficient on both occasions and the cost was lower than we expected. Will definitely recommend to others.

  Diamond added a new circuit in my bathroom because there were none making it so I unable to get ready in there. Josh provided execellent timely service at a reasonable rate. Everywhere else quoted me twice as much. Thanks Diamond Electric!
