  I was extremely pleased with the service I received. Luke was very friendly and informative. He took the time to show me what he was talking about and explained everything thoroughly. The woman I spoke with at the office was super helpful and friendly as well. Great personality and just the most sunny disposition. They are both valuable assets to the company and should be recognized for their outstanding customer service. I can't say enough about them. I wish I could give them 100 stars. Couldn't be happier with the customer service level. Thanks guys.

  I have not had my system installed yet so I may have to update this review if they don't meet the high standards that their estimate guru Dylan set. I was in the market for a new a/c and possibly furnace. It wasn't an immediate need, but wanted to take care of it before summer hit again. I had appointments set up with four other companies. Two showed of the other four showed up. One actually gave me an estimate in a timely fashion (it was reasonable and pretty fair). I chose Dilling because I felt they were the best fit. Their quote was the best, but I value timeliness and professionalism far more than price. If you are looking for HVAC service. Get estimates, but please don't overlook these guys.

  Jimmy - very thorough and professional! Although the issue was intermittent - he troubleshooted to determine if there were any faults throughout the system. And importantly - Dilling was able to schedule an appointment later in the day when I called. (no heat situation) They've definitely earned my business!
