  Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect. I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.

  Here's what actually happened: we entered your work order, called the tenant, left message, drove to the location to see if someone was home as a courtesy. No one ever responded. When we attempted to explain this to you, you were argumentative and rude and we simply gave it right back to you and stood up for ourselves. Furthermore, after looking into your own company's reviews (TLS Management which mention you by name) we decided you and your firm were a high risk and we probably weren't going to be paid for the service once it finally was rendered. We sent you an email stating we weren't a good fit and then you validated our decision by threatening to post "an online review" which was totally unnecessary. Yes, we cancelled your service. With over 6000 active customers, who call daily for work such as yours, we are simply not in the habit of working for unprofessional people who do not believe us when we tell them answers to their questions.
