  The staff were very rude and demeaning. After calling three times they were rude and had no patience, I was recommended this person from a trusted friend. Very low standard. Once getting there they took down the wrong phone number and searched through my car for the correct one, did not give me a time or a price just took my key and sent me away. After telling them the problem, that being two doors that do not lock, they decided only to fix one and when confronted told they would charge an additional $300 to fix the door they chose to skip. I would not recommend this place as they are rude, untrustworthy, and did not provide any professional help whatsoever.

  I am completely outraged and disgusted. I took my 2004 nissan altima for a radiator(if needed) and a starter(if needed) along with any other problems it may have. I was told I would receive a call after diagnosing the car and before any repairs were made. I received a call confirming starter and radiator needed replacement. No other problems were cited. Once they finished the job they called to tell me that fluid was spraying from my car and that I had engine problems!! Shouldnt they have noticed the problem when testing and inspecting my car?!?! I filed a complaint with BBB and BAR and am waiting for a response. This shop is negligent, incompetent and fraudulent. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

  Absolutely terrible !!!!!!!!!! They had my 1939 Chevrolet coupe for 5 years !!! To do 5 things ! They left it outside which caused an assortment of problems. The windsheild is delaminating, which it was perfect when it was dropped off. All the new chrome on the motor including the alternator was all rusty, the nicely painted dash had nicks and rust on it and the shiny paint job was now dull and oxidized ! I HAD TO BRING IT BACK 5 TIMES TO GET THE HEADLIGHTS WORKING ! AND THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE AN ELECTICAL SHOP !!! In the interim I brought my 1966 El Camino in for a no start issue and I got it back starting but with a terrible noise while cranking. They took the starter out AND WHEN THEY PUT IT BACK IN THEY PUT THE SHIMS BETWEEN THE BOLTS AND THE STARTER NOT BETWEEN THE STARTER AND THE BLOCK !!!!!! IT RUINED THE STARTER !!! I don't see how they stay in business ??? 5 years to do one car and then not even getting it right ? !!! That was my experience with them.
