  If you are looking for an electrical service that is very professional and cost effective look no further! Great customer service, very attentive, and prompt! I have had 3 different electricians come out for odd jobs over the past couple of years and these guys are the best by far! Free estimate, no hidden fees, walked me through everything they were doing and why they were doing it. Great group of guys, couldn’t ask for better service or price! I would highly recommend for any electrical jobs you may have. Years of service, and you can tell by the quality of work you receive when the job is complete. They even came back and went out of there way to ensure my job was to my satisfaction due to poor scheduling on my part of having a hot tub delivered the day after they ran all my wiring. Can’t say enough about this company and the suburb level of customer service they provided to myself and my family.

  They came out for an estimate and before they came out again for the work, the builder's electrician came out and said the estimate they quoted $650 for adding 4 outlets was way too high. I still used them because as promise is a promise. The 4 added outlets work fine, however, one of their electricians came out made a mess and did not clean up. After they left, I found there was a hole on the wall next to one of the new outlets. I called the owner and the owner blamed the wall having that hole initially and refused to send someone to come back and patch it. The electrician never brought it to my attention when he was there, I never saw the hole until the outlet was added to the wall. Their charges were high, they don't clean up the mess after the works are done, and they did not want to come out to fix the hole. I ended up learning how to patch a hole from youtube. I will not use them again because for the price I paid, I am not happy with how I was treated.

  We recently moved into a new house and have been slowly replacing all of the light fixtures. Discount Electric was amazing! They were quick to respond to my inquiry, were available to come the next day, and honored their quote even when the job was a little harder than they expected. I will be using them for the rest of my electrical needs!
