I called these guys after having terrible luck locally. First thing I like was text communication I received a text when David left and one when he was close. David is great and professional and was very happy to explain things if I didn’t understand without making me feel stupid. The customer care on the has been great as well very patient. The bottom line would I use these guys again ABSOLUTELY!

The owner of this company was somehow surprised that an attic would be hot in August. Don't waste your time with these guys, they do not respect the customer's time. I'm more than willing to take the challenge he offered my wife....I'll spend the 5 minutes in my attic any time of day if he does the work for free. I spent much longer than that three days ago trying to find the problem myself. I understand not wanting to spend time in that heat. I don't understand why they would make an appointment they had no intention of following up on. The level of rudeness the owner displayed is the worst I have ever dealt with locally.

Ok, here is an opportunity for potential customers to learn from another customers experience. This customer has written 3 or more one star reviews across multiple platforms online with an absolutely unjust complaint. I will defend our guys and our reputation against all lies and abuse. Estimate was scheduled for 3pm on a week in which temps were 95 with a heat index above 105 degrees and a heat advisory. Technicians have worked in 15-20 attics this week but always early in the day rather than at 3 pm when it is nearly 200 degrees in an attic. We advised this customer to call another company if they could not be available for a morning appointment. No charge for our time. This customer is writing reviews across the internet because they couldn't make time in their schedule at a reasonable time when the attic was not 200 degrees. They had no business calling ANY electrician to go into an attic at 3pm on such a day. Common sense. The husband says he went up there as if he was Rambo. He doesn't take into consideration that he had not spent the entire day working in the heat and he was able to jump in the shower and cool off IMMEDIATELY AFTER being in the attic. Our techs work in this heat all day and then have to drive to another job and do more work. As I said, common sense. Customers should not be calling expecting ANY electrician to do work at 3pm in an attic unless you want to make your shower and some towels available immediately after. Common sense would be to schedule attic work in August during a heat advisory for early in the morning. Don't demand people risk heat stroke working on live electrical circuits because you don't want to miss a few hours working at your air conditioned desk.

This place is very unprofessional.. first they make an appt for next day which is great.. they call me back an hour later stating they cannot come next day because the electrician has a Dr appt at the time they set me up with.. so they made it for three days out.. which is fine so I take off work early to make sure I am home in time to meet the electrician. He shows up on time. Great right. I let him in my home he takes one step inside of my home and I tell him the issue that we have a burnt wire in the attic and no electricity to our bathroom which is the the same thing I told the lady that scheduled the call and she made sure she put all of that in the work order. He then proceeds to tell me that he cannot do anything for me today because he was not going into the attic on a hot day like today that he will need to come out early in the morning.I told him I could not take that much more time off work as I am a nurse. He says ok I'll go call my boss. He comes back inside again only taking one step inside my home. He tells me he can come out next Wednesday in the morning, he could not give me a time frame he just kept telling me it would be in the morning, that he had another person scheduled that was close by. He then tells me I should probably call another company if I want it fixed before next Wednesday. He never once looked at the bathroom, at my breaker box or anything. He was about to walk out the door when I kindly asked him how much would it be to fix the issue.. he copped an attitude and told me it would cost 169 dollars an hour just for diagnostic testing. I asked him what the point of his visit today was and he had no answer so he left. I then called the office to make a formal complaint the secretery was very kind and apologetic stated she would call the owner and get back to me.. she called me back within half an hour and told me that the owner said I needed to find another company to fix my issue. The secretery was the most apologetic person and that was the end of that. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.. I would give 0 stars of I could..
