Had DES come out to service my condo, which is located in an old building with old electric systems. They are SO nice, helpful, and really want to find the root cause of an issue. I can't recommend them enough!

When hired you are told that Des is a family atmosphere. ( Not true) half of the leader ship does not know what the other half or the field is doing. and don't get sick or injured they will throw you to the wolves. And when you try and get your tools back they will treat you like a broken toy and and feel they are better than anything . Due to the fact they can not not make money on there own they have a parent company to buy there way out. Worst company to work for
