Don responded fast, provided a reasonable quote, gave me a choice of a few install dates, arrived early and finished before the estimated time. He was professional, friendly and personable.   Don goes out of his way to make sure you’re happy with his work. He installed a wall conditioner that electricians won’t bother with. We couldn’t find anyone willing to move the heavy unit but Don went out of his way to help us. You won’t find service this good anywhere else. Period.
