  House losing partial power. Penelec came. Bad lug in meter box. Pulled pulled power at pool. Call Dodson. Came and looked. Called me. Said going for parts will be back. Didn't show. 2pm phone call. They want to replace entire 40 switch breaker box. I said no. Just outside meter box. Said on the way. 3:45pm. No show. Called back. Repairman leaves around 3:30. No to mention lady called at 3 to say they needed a DR# before they can touch it. Day 2. Called in morning. Is someone coming? I'll have to see if someone is free. 1 pm. No show. Get a phone call. The lugs inside breaker box are oxidized, they will never come out. We need to replace entire breaker box. I said no. Why in the hell you wait all day to tell me this?. Forget it. I'll get someone else. I pulled alk the lugs in 20 minutes that the said would not come out. Then I'm on my way to buy new lugs and they call. We have all the parts. We found an old box in back we can take parts from. Just get it done then. $730 later they leave. It's to late to call. They did good work. But they are no good in emergency. Wheelchair died from no power. Sat around till I got charged. I don't think they communicate with each other. I think I will use someone else in future.
