  They constantly overcharge people on their bills and they’re bills make no sense. I had a bill for $621 that was due on Nov 13 and they sent a cut off notice for the 1st. Then, they’re asking for $1600 for power. They do this every month I’m sick of it. Nobody uses that much power in my house.

  I paid them $2500.00 and they say I’ve not paid-even though bank sent records verified their withdrawal. They took me off budget plan. Won’t tell me where a physical location is so I can personally deliver bank statements etc. Customer service is totally inept, rude and just repeat what they read from their company.

  Two days without power in freezing temperature. Showed up today for a couple hours and left to go home where they have power and heat. Start taking care of your customers. We are human beings too you know. But we still get the high light bill every month. Pathetic, stupid and um called for.
