  Everyone told me my problem was a thermostat, there where wrong, i finally called don kruse, they showed up same day knew right away what was wrong with my furnace and fixed it within the hour. I highly recommend them. A+ thank you very much, because of don kruse electric my family didn't freeze a second night.

  Buyer beware. Especially out of towners . I live 33 miles away on Google maps and am being charged 2 hour of drive time. Thats 2 hours charges of driving at premium electrician wages for 66 miles. 1 hour of service charge. 2 hours of driving. I was not told before hand I'd be paying premium wages for drive time. I would have declined service. When I asked about my bill I was told that it's company policy not to tell people before hand that there is drive time charged. That its up to the consumer to ask. I was also told that there was nobody to talk to when I wanted to talk to the owner about the policy. Further more I was threatened to be sent to collections when my bill is not eve late. I would not recommend this service unless you want to deal with a Karen.

  As a local contractor that has dealt with multiple Electricians over the years, these guys, particularly the office staff, are extremely rude, non-responsive, & unreliable. Please, seek elsewhere for a professional electrician that actually respects their customers.
