  We called to get an outlet for an oven installed. My son told them on the phone that a 240 outlet was needed and we got an appointment quickly. They were to install the outlet where an oven outlet had been, so it seemed a simple job. Nothing needed to be done with panel. Two guys came and they took 40 minutes looking at the situation before deciding they didn’t have the needed part. Both guys left in the truck and returned almost an hour later with the $5. part. It took less than one hour to do the job, one guy working while the other watched. For the installation of this one outlet, we were charged $641.00. I gave them one star for coming quickly, I hate to think what a more extensive job would cost!!

  Hi Deborah, we are very sorry to hear that you are displeased with the amount billed for troubleshooting, installing your range cord, and moving & replacing your oven outlet. There were also permit costs included in your bill as the job ended up being more involved than what we were told it was to be when it was scheduled by your son. As shown in the breakdown previously given, our records and truck trackers show that the job took a total of 3 hours. All of which were spent at your address with the exception of the time the guys had to go get parts. Again this was due to the scope of work being outside of the information given when your son set the appointment. As you are aware, we already removed the late fee on your invoice as a courtesy. We are happy to hear that we were able to get you scheduled quickly, pulled permits, completed work, and passed inspection in a very timely manner.

  Excellent work, and very professional. I'd be calling you again if I needed you, if I weren't moving out of the area. But Clallam County residents shouldn't hesitate to call this company if they need electrical work.

  Mike has really helped me understand how to service my gate when needed. He has followed up with me and always been reliable when contacted. He has always been excellent at repair and communication. Jason was on emergency duty this last weekend and returned my call with suggestions and got the ball rolling Monday for help. I highly recommend this company!
