  They shut off your power with out any notice then tell you a verbal agreement is considered a shut off then say you have 48 hours but shut you off in less the 24 and the GM has to have his minions do his call backs because he cant handle dealing with complaints. All they have to do is make it right and not extort clients its a shame we dont have options. Horrible business with very poor customer service. Nazi company and monopolize on our community. Very sad that this is what the world has come to.

  I have been on their system for 17 years with not one complaint. I've been in many services in several states and Douglas Electric has been the most dependable. Fewest outage occurrances than them all.

  Been trying for 5 hours to pay my bills and can't get the computer let me. This is really stupid for a cooperative to go to no personal contact. Not e everyone has a computer and some elderly folks can't do the hoopjumping it takes to pay their bill with this method you think is better. The computer will not let me in to pay mine.
