  I needed to use my new air conditioners in an existing outlet. When the electrician came, he told me he was unable to do the job because I did not have a neutral wire for him to change the outlet to fit the new air conditioners. I was very disappointed because I still cannot use the outlets for my air conditioners and when I use two air conditioners at the same time in different rooms, it blows the circuit. The electrician only changed the covers of the outlets and had the nerve to charge me $280.00 (which included $20 for the outlet covers). He was only at my home for about 30 minutes and I don't believe he put the right outlet switch in the wall. I really think that this was truly a rip off and would not recommend or use this company in the future. I am highly upset. To think that people are still price gauging during the COVID epidemic.
