Don’t apply here or work here unless you wanna get let go after just your fourth day of work they say they don’t care if you have experience or not but in reality they do and will refuse to train you because they’re lazy unprofessional and pathetic.

When the tech arrived I was concerned from the start, first he over a hour late, smelled like cigarettes and was rude. Once he inspected our issue he sat in his vehicle for another 30-40 minutes came back and told us it’s gonna be over 2500 to replace the breaker box?! We’re like wait we just have a bad fuse why replace the entire box? Seem like they were looking to up charge the whole situation because we contacted mr electric and they were able to replace fuse with no problem and was very affordable. Do not call Dover they will over charge you and sell you on services you don’t need.

Worst company I've ever dealt with including the owner. I had them come out to fix a doorbell issue on a home they wired. While there, I asked for a quote for some work. They looked at it and said they'd get it to me in a day or two. Never heard back on the quote. Then I hired them to come out and replace a light fixture. Once again, I asked for the same quote on the other work. They took measurements and photos. Never heard back. I contacted them asked again about the quote and they stated they needed to come out again to look at the same project. So, I let them know how unhappy I was. The owner, John, called apologizing and stating how sorry he was that I kept getting the run around. He assured me that he would not only get me the quote but a great price on the work as well. I was so happy to hear that someone finally cared. He did get me the quote and the price was good. I emailed him three times over a couple of months with no response trying to schedule the work. He finally responded via text and is refusing to do the work because "he is too busy"! This was months of time wasted on this company when there are electricians out there who actually care about customers. Avoid at all costs!
