Don't waste your time or money. In September I called to get an estimate on a small repair on two electrical panels when selling my house, just installing some missing bushings on the pass throughs. Joe, the owner, answers the phone and that day it seemed like he was a bit impatient. He asked me to send him photos of the panel so he could get a clearer idea of the work. Never heard back, so I called one or two days later to see if I can get as estimate and get on the schedule. Joe says I'm already on the schedule and someone will be there Thursday or Friday. That's a pretty big window. I know now that at this point I should have walked away. Also, Joe never provided an estimate. Got a call that Friday afternoon from the electrician who would be doing the work. He shows up and immediately starts complaining to me about the job he had just come from. Then he tells me they do a lot of work for Chris Stapleton. Very unprofessional all the way around. He gets to work on the job inside the house and I can hear that he's on the phone, and using a lot of profanity. When he hands me the bill it says 3.5 hours, but when I put it together later he had been there for a little less than 3 hours. After he left I went into the room where the panel was and there was a huge hole below the panel, drywall dust, and copper clippings, all over the floor. It was clear that the dust had been pushed around and walked on. I called Joe to complain about the hole and he cuts me off to say that the electrician needed to cut a 4x4 hole to fit in some conduit. He says the guy should have told me and he'll have the guy call me. This was not a 4x4 hole. The guy texts and asks where the hole was, and when I send him pictures he says it wasn't like that when he left. I tried emailing the company, and that's when I found out it was Joe who had been handling the calls and was also handling the emails. I explained in detail what had happened, included pictures, and mentioned the overcharge. Joe didn't want to hear it. He sent back a lengthy email again trying to insist that they had to cut a hole in the drywall to fit in some conduit and that they charge time for travel to the job site. My wife received the receipt from our payment and responded to the email with her own review. She got a response saying that the electrician had asked for a vac and I had told him, "don't worry about it, it's just a little dust." Before I even responded to Joe's first email he told me the electrician had told him that he had asked my wife for a vac and she told him, "don't worry about it, it's just a little dust." So which is it? Did the guy not know about it, or did he know about it and asked for a vac? I was never asked for a vac, and the guy never spoke to my wife. The electrician was unprofessional and a liar, and the owner backed him up. That might be a good tactic on a construction site, but not for this customer. No estimate. Unclear billing. Terrible communication. Unprofessional service. Caught in a lie and wouldn't do the right thing. Call anybody else.

First off, I don't know why this man has no reviews! He answered his phone, came out and looked at my issue in exactly the time he said he would. Then he presented himself professionally, gave me a verbal quote and sent his team to the house. They were as pro as him. Knowledgeable and pleasant. These guys had already worked an 8 hr day but treated me like I was the most important man on the planet! After the work was done the quote was what I paid even though there were unforseen problems. I would recommend Dr. Electric in a hot minute! Thank you guys : )

We had an ugly foyer light that needed replacing in a 2-story 19 foot ceiling. They brought in a 16 foot step ladder, got the light changed out, re-wired and attached large tear drop crystals, polished them. Super professional and fast.. they were in and out in an hour, and charged 1/3 of what others were quoting the job for. I'm super happy and telling all my neighbors that all have the exact same lights in their foyer!! Very HAPPY!!
