It took them a bit longer than expected for them to arrive as they were busy with a few other emergency calls but overall the guy who showed up was polite and helpful. He was able to get the utility company to show up well after hours since it ended up being a problem on their end so that was great. The following day we had the same issue and they coordinated the utility company to return and we got a more reliable fix for now till they fix the actual problem but we have lights and heat now.

We used Dr Electric to install the disconnect for a new hot tub. They were absolutely amazing to work with. When they showed up they were so nice and did such a great job. I am so glad I went with them and 100% recommend them to anyone needing an electrician.

From the lovely and very patient person that answered my phone call who quickly scheduled me in for the very next morning, to the two gentlemen(Brad being one) that came out to inspect my dryer outlet and fix the circuit, I would hands-down recommend Dr. Electric for all your electrical needs! Its a relief to find companies that won't rip you off and have excellent customer service.
