  I had Dr Watts come out to my home in late 2017. The service provider told us what we needed and we agreed. However, everything he did was wrong and not up to code. I’m now being told I would have to spend a couple thousand to fix his mistakes and no one from the Dr Watts company will answer the phone!! He didn’t put the wires through the beams correctly. He didn’t ground anything correctly and he didn’t fix the overload problem even after he put the new panel in! He also replaced my brakers with the wrong brand which is also bad for it! It’ll cost me an entirely new panel in the future. Definitely don’t use this company as they clearly have no idea what they are doing.

  Hello Jamie, We just recieved your review. We have went back through our records and checked to see what had happened and who was the service tech. We have no record of ever doing a job for you. In 2017, we also had a fired tech named D.J. that went out and done work under the "Dr.Watts" name. It did take a very ling time for everything that he did to come out openly and back to us. We are truely sorry for your experience. We do hope that you have an invoice ir a job number so we may take a look at it. We have not worked for the public in a couple of years. We only do contract work so our main number has not been active. We do however have a number on our office window fior anyone to reach us. We are sorry for your inconvenience.
