  The lady who answers the phone and questions you have is very very rude. Several times she has been rude when I or family members have called. She makes sure you know she is exasperated, frustrated, and way to busy for you and your questions. If this is the reaction you get for general questions you definitely wouldn't feel comfortable calling in an emergency.
