  The service was good. The value of the faucet was outrageously expensive (over $500 vs exact model less than $105 elsewhere). I asked for approximate cost of the faucet when I scheduled the job and they refused to give me any information stating that it depends on which faucet I choose. When the plummer arrived, he had only ONE type with him and anything else would have to be special ordered. I asked if I could get one and I was informed that there would be an additional service fee to come back. Not happy at all with the tactics used.

  Pricing depends on the scope of the work so our techs give upfront pricing prior to doing any work so you know exactly what the total cost is. This is explained at the time the appointment is scheduled. The pricing includes material used & the time and work done by the technician.

  We moved into our house the end of September 2021. Had some problems with the furnace and hot water heater. Called Drucks and they did a great job. The office personal were very helpful gave us a time frame when their Techs would arrive and called before they got to our home. The Techs were great listened to the problem and fixed it. Great company to work with. We are so Happy that we called them Marshall and Dorothy Proehl

  Repeat customer for electrical and plumbing. Sewer repair, electrical panel installation and general plumbing. Excellent communication for all projects large and small. Service people all professional and with good communication skills. They honor their warranties. Have a problematic toilet they have visited several times for. Not a problem with their work: problem is older house & prior owner remodeling issues. Will make them my first call.
