  DSO is probably the worst electric company I have ever dealt with. With 20 years of Military life I have lived in a lot of places in the world and DSO is by far the worst. They don’t work with you and the bill is due on the 26 of the month and 2 days later they access a late fee. So by the time I get paid my bill is late on the first of the month.It is very expensive too!

  If i could give lower ratings i would this company does not care about you or your family and they do not care because for most of us they are the only option we have for electric so they dont have to care because we have no other options im just hopeing they go out of business and soon.

  Somehow the apartment I have moved out of, containing no electronics other than running heat at 60 degrees and the fridge, is costing more than the new home I’ve moved into and am currently living in. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
