    DSL does great work! Dan came out provided me a detail quote to update service panel and relocate electrical meter for a fair price. He’s very knowledgeable and communicate throughout entire project. I would definitely use DSL again and highly recommend.

    I am not at all pleased with the technicians from this company. They came out to replace outlets in my home and replace a flood light outside my home (all hardware was provided). There are still some outlets that are loose and the flood light was never tested to ensure it was operational after installation. The flood light has not worked since installation. I scheduled a time they could come out to check why it is not working. When they showed up, I was not home but there was someone there to give them access to what they needed. The technician asked to come back after another job, to which I agreed. They have never returned. I just moved to the area from out of state and was looking for a reliable electrician as there is much more work I wanted to get done. But my experience with this company has not been anywhere near good. I'm still in search for a reliable electrician. UPDATE 04/11/22: Daniel from DSL finally contacted me after receiving my review. When I answer the phone, he attempted to explain the reason the flood light was not working and never took responsibility for not testing the light to ensure it worked before leaving the job. I explained that I don't have any problems paying the additional fees for diagnostic/troubleshooting, but the day he installed the light he had no idea it was not working because he never tested it. He then tried to explain that he couldn't test it because it was daylight. To which I explained I had a similar if not identical light installed in a previous home I owned and the electrician tested for functionality after installation during daylight hours. All in all, I only received excuses from Daniel as to why he did not properly do his job vs accepting responsibility of his mistake. I would've had no problem resolving this matter with him, however, I prefer to work with honest people. Not someone that insinuates that I'm not being honest about a major surgery after I requested to end the conversation that was getting a bit stressful for me at the time. It's unfortunate this could not be resolved because the company has decent pricing models based on what I've already paid. That's the one reason I gave them 2 stars. Hopefully this is a lesson learned for them to treat all their customers with respect and to be company of their word.

I just need Assistance Ms. Patrick had never mentioned her wiring problems prior to requesting a fixture install, she did say in writing that the lights were working prior and then on 4/11 said they were not working prior, we did agree to return after the initial visit to investigate further the wiring problems she was having and on 1/11/22 scheduled to meet with her to verify that our installation was correct and further troubleshooting would be required, we did show up on time to a combative male who was not the homeowner, upon contacting Ms. Patrick she said she was not home for our appointment and would be shortly we waited 20 minutes and had to go to other jobs, she did admit that a service charge for the trip was appropriate but didn’t agree with the price structure now, she did not offer to pay us anything, we did not insinuate anything were still willing to work with Ms. Patrick, we want to help anyway we can, we hope she gets better, we will continue to correspond with Ms Patrick in a meaningful way

    If you need any type of electrical work done you should definitely go through this company. The pricing is extremely fair and they are very nice people to work with. They came in to install a thermostat for my heated flooring. I called 3 other companies and DSL Electric was the only company who was comfortable doing it for me. They also came on the same day, literally two hours after I called. GREAT SERVICE.
