  We worked with Jeff Dubro and Lucia in 2018-early 2019 on the design and build of a major renovation of our first floor townhouse (removing a load-bearing interior wall to completely open up the space, redoing the entire kitchen, and creating a lovely built-in banquette seating area in the dining room). They were absolutely tremendous to work with at every step of the way. Their integrity and passion shows through in making sure that the design exactly met our needs and fit our budget before moving to the next step, that communication was transparent and clear throughout the construction process, and every member of their crew was truly a pleasure to have in our home. Any renovation of significant scale is disruptive, and Dubro really went above and beyond to make sure that the impact was minimized as much as humanly possible. And now for the work itself - their work is truly exquisite. We wake up every morning and are beyond thrilled to come down to our transformed home. After this experience, we would never consider anyone other than Dubro for any future projects.
