  I have been calling them all week, 5 times a day just to set up some service so I can move into my new apartment. I can never get through to someone ! IM ALWAYS ON HOLD FOR HOURS AND HOURS. My boyfriend and family also been calling to see if they can get through just so I can set up some god damn service. It’s so RIDICULOUS AND FRUSTRATED. They’re the most worst company I ever had to deal with! And I still haven’t talked to anyone yet😡

  This company is full of lies. I've called to terminate my service several times before relocating and two months later there is a current bill in my name. After speaking to SEVERAL so called supervisors and not receiving help they put in a request to end service two months later. I provided the times an dates of my phone calls an they claim to have no records of my calls coming in from my number. Then tells me they pulled the calls an nothin was said about terminating service... I don't know of any other human that calls Duke energy just for a friendly phone call. Its strictly business. THEY ARE STEALING FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS.! Watch your account because they will leave your services on as long as you allow even after you move.
