  Services were turned on on December 6th. I gave all info needed as well as was put on the $72 budget plan. Services were shut off 2 months later and still haven't received my first bill. When I called I was informed that my bill was $1197.00 for 2 months?!?! How is that even possible?!?! I had a 1000 square foot home! This unfortunately forced me to move out of my home and to this day I am still waiting on a supervisor to return my call...

  They came and shut off power and said it was because failure ot pay. It was an accident on their part and the guy would not wait for 5 minutes for the situation to be resolved. I have a child with Neurological disorders and has the flu. And it was cleared up but the guy didn't come back to turn on heat until my child was in freezing cold. Tougher laws need to be enforced on this company
