  For 8 Months i have been charged for an outdoor light that i reported 4 times to be fixed, everytime i call i get 3 to 5 days. well now i ask for them to credit back the last 8 months, I m told no they cant. So again we have to pay for services not received.. I am so sick of Duke Energy and hope they get bombed or shut down or cybered bullied the way they do us........

  I HAVE THE 5.99 WATER HEATER PLAN.I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD AND WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME BACK SENSE JULY 5TH. I CAN NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE TO TALK TO ABOUT THIS.
