  We pay our sub contractors when the job is completed correctly, that's part of us protecting our clients and our business. I remember this job Mike, Bob Gustin at 5728 Walker Ave. We failed the rough in for electrical due to you, the electrical sub contractor not being up to date on current codes for IL. I spoke to you personally on the phone, asked you to please come back out and fix the issues that were incorrect. You told me you would not come out unless I paid you. We were certainly not willing to pay you when we had already paid you the entire bill in full on the first day of work before you ever got any tools out of your van. I appreciate this review though on our Google listing, it gives me a chance to explain what really happened when we worked with Mike @ Dun-Rite Electric, Inc. Charles spent 4 hours correcting your mistakes and attempted to reason with you professionally and patiently. Mike, insisted the inspector was out of her mind and that he was not coming to fix the issues. More importantly here Mike, you are the reason we only pay our subs half up front now, then the rest at completion. No liens have ever been filed against our clients in this business's 12 years. City of Loves Park has all of this documented, Lori the electrical inspector made sure of that after I told her Charles would be correcting your work. Thank you for responding Mike. The part you completed failed, that would be the box you installed... You might want to check your grammatical errors as well, terrible the way you do business. Also we do not have handyman and no the plumbers never removed your grounding clamps because they were never there! You invoiced me for a job you never did claiming we didn't pay you, what do you not understand? None the less, thanks again for showing me that you can be counted on for avoiding your responsibilities.

  This is the same company who left a earlier review ( Curtis) and for one thing Dun-Rite Electric Inc. never did the rough on this residence. They had one of their handyman do the rough in and used our license. We only did the new electrical service. Which they damaged it removing the old siding and they called me to repair it. And when I came out to do the repairs and invoiced them, they never paid me. So over 6 months later when they got the inspection . It failed because the plumber had taken off the bonding wires off the city water pipe per code. We never went back since they didn’t pay their invoice from 6 months prior, and it wasn’t our fault. Stay away from Dreamline construction, Not a ethnicial company. We been it business for 35 years, we know the codes and have plenty of references. Mike

  Had them do work for me. Their work FAILED inspection and they REFUSED to correct.

  Their company is delinquent. Over 6 months past due on services rendered. And it only failed because the plumber disconnected the bonding wire. Their company waited almost 8 months to do the inspection, so they wouldn’t have a Com Ed electric bill for that period of time. A very shady company that we don’t like being involved with.
