  This company did an excellent job with a last-minute repair. A large tree branch snapped our electrical line off the house, bending the upper pipe. Duncan Electrical Service sent two technicians to my house despite the fact that they were swamped with similar calls. They prepared an estimate and stated that they would start working the following morning. They arrived at 8 a.m. and worked nonstop until 4 p.m., replacing the entire power supply from the circuit box to the top of the weather cap. Excellent effort!!

  We bought a fixer upper recently and are in the process of going through a room or two at a time. The electrician did all the work asked and was flexible when I asked to change a few things at the last minute. Polite and professional. I will be calling Duncan Electrical Service again when we move onto our next room that needs updating.

  I was incredibly happy with my experience with Duncan Electrical Service. Casey was straight forward and honest. The two gentlemen that came to do the work, Joseph and Carlos were great. Very communicative in the best ways, and genuinely nice guys. One of the most important things I got to see was Casey interact with Joseph and Carlos. It’s good to see there are still good managers that praise good work, and take opportunity for learning lessons without getting frustrated. No question, they will be who I call from now on for my electrical needs.
