  I contacted Joe after seeing his favorable reviews on the web. As a potential new customer, this was my first experience with him. After discussing the problem we were having, he thought it was likely a Duke Power issue with the electric running into the house. He also politely advised how to navigate through Duke’s Customer Service, so that we had a quick response. Happily, we had the problem corrected by the Utility, with no expense to us. Clearly, Joe could have made a routine service call, delivered the same advice and billed me for this advice. It’s refreshing to come across a service provider that seems to place quality above profit. Thanks Joe!
