  We were searching for a reputable well drilling company to use on our personal home and 80 acre farm. We came across this company and their website. I was thrilled with the professional website, the outstanding reviews, the ability to make appointments online for free estimate. We had looked at several place and no one looked as professional as this company. Finally decided to make an online appointment. What a disappointment!!! We had to call them to verify if they were coming. The person we spoke to said they meant to call us but they don't do free estimates and would not be coming to look without a deposit. Actually, they weren't even interested in helping us by looking at our land but did they said we needed a different type of well driller after not looking and that we were too far for them. Short and abrupt on the phone and came off as rude. Don't be fooled, like we were about their claims and website. Smoke and mirrors. Call them first so they can tell you they require a deposit.

  Ashley, I'm sorry for the confusion with the online booking as that's a new feature we're offering and, frankly, haven't worked all the bugs out of yet. I apologize for the inconvenience and confusion, but we do offer free estimates. In fact, we send out around 75-100 free estimates per month. At this volume it's not practical to do site visits prior to a mutual price agreement and a deposit is paid. We're a small family owned & operated business, I physically don't have enough time in a work day to perform site visits for each customer until we make a commitment to one another. I regret you were given a different impression by our website. If you can give me a call and share with me what caused the confusion, I would love to correct the problem to prevent this from happening again. However, I’m confused why you felt that I didn’t care. I remember the phone call with your husband clearly. He told me about the project, I researched the location, studied the geology for the area, compared other surrounding wells, and then suggested you call a driller that’s a better fit for the job, and proceeded to give you his number. That, I won't apologize for.

  The crew were all very personable and knowledgeable. They answered any questions about the well drilling process I had. They didn’t even seem to mind the questions LOL. All of this was in addition to the efficiency they displayed. I highly recommend Dwyer Water Wells.

  Derek and his team were very helpful in answering questions about the well. Then Derek came out a few days later met with us to explain all about the pump system they put in. I recommend Dwyer Water Well Services to everyone!
