I contacted Yunior for adding some lighting fixtures and he was responsive initially, even did a live video to show him ceilings and work needed to be done. Sent him the links to fixtures and he said he would provide an estimate, even confirmed the date of install. I was flying in to Miami and needed this work done this day - after our talk he ignored all other texts/emails the rest of the week. Now I am flying in and can't find an electrician to do the work that day. Just common courtesy - even if you can't do the work, just tell the person so they can find someone else. Don't say you will and then just ignore the person, that's just not professional. I would not recommend relying on this company.

What an amazing job this team did. From responding quickly to the request that our water heater was not working, to diagnosing the issue at hand, and then doing a complete panel repair in a day. The team was ready to go at the time they told us and completed the job in a clean and excellent manner. Look forward to using Dynamic Volt for our next project, outdoor lights. Recommending this company to whoever wants the job done correctly and efficiently. Prices are reasonable. Thank you Yunior for such exceptional work!

We had scheduled with Junior from Dynamic Volt to come and do the job and he never showed up and never communicated he won't show up despite calls, SMS and email! Very unprofessional. My condominium was asking for Certificate of Insurance and license so maybe he did not have what was needed and instead of communicating clearly he just went dark... I contacted him because of the positive reviews that I read online but I guess they are not be trusted... Find another electrician. UPDATE: If you want proof of how unprofessional he is just read his lengthy response below. Instead of just apologizing for not showing up on the scheduled appointment without any prior communication to reschedule (he did not send me a single SMS, email or voicemail) he makes ALL kids of excuses. Reminds me of the kid in elementary school that used the "The dog ate my homework" excuse. Come on man. The only time you called back was AFTER you read the negative review and AFTER you had missed the appointment!

Hi Joe. Sorry you feel that way. I would like to clarify in response to your review. As you can see we have many good reviews and we are very capable in keeping our customers Happy. Unfortunately I don’t think anyone can make you happy. From the beginning we gave you the very best price. You wanted to pay a set price for the job. I explained that due to high demand and raw material prices we could not commit to the budget you set. I advices that you shop around and see what the actual market was out there. Which you did! After a week you called back because no one could beat out quote. You wanted to schedule it for the following day. I advices that we had a full schedule and wouldn’t be able to get you in until today. You insisted that you wanted for me to schedule the work even for the weekend. I explained that we were fully booked. Also, explained that because you live in a condo we needed to get approval for access prior to scheduling. You send my the associations phone number on Thursday. I advised that I would reach out to them on Friday to get all the paperwork started. I tried them several times on Friday and no one ever answered the phone. I also advised that I had to leave town for a family wedding and that I would not be available over the weekend. Even with that disclosure I called you Friday to let you know we were not successful in getting the (Certificate of Insurance) information from the management office and also to advice you that because of this. We would not be able to keep our appointment today. You did not answer the phone. I was in a very remote area and had no cell service on my phone. So if you called I didn’t get the calls. The only call I saw come in, was Sunday and I did NOT answer because we are closed on Sunday since is the only day we close. Due to the storm that was in the Florida panhandle “Pollette” the weeding got post poned to yesterday. We started heading down to South Florida today, and when I finally got a signal. The first thing I receive is a notification of you leaving a negative review. Not taking in consideration anything we talked about last week prior to scheduling. I am licensed and insured. So if your intentions with this review is to put out there that I went dark because of the insurance requirements. Let’s clarify that we are licensed and insured. I also would like to put out there the racist comment you sent me in a text message. Saying not to send anyone that doesn’t speak English. I explained that I have employees that don’t speak English but, they can communicate very well in English. I also explained that any questions and or concerns you may have. You can always call me since I will always answer my phone. I did everything to make you happy even after knowing that YOU are a complicated customer and no matter what I do to keep you happy. You were not going to be happy in the end. I responded to your calls after I got cell signal on several occasions to explain what had happened and you did not answer the phone. So this is my response. Hope you find someone else that can do the work to your satisfaction.
