Shady billing practices and overly expensive. Don't give these people your credit card information. They will charge your card before you even see a bill and then send you a receipt for the charge but not what the charges are for. Had to call to get an actual real invoice.

Hi, when we take your credit card information we inform that we will charge your credit card for the work we perform and we then mail a hard copy of the invoice to the customer. We also let the customers now our labor rates before we book the call. I apologize if you did not get the invoice as I am not sure why you did not receive it. Fantastic Service! Very pleased from the initial service call - to the estimator and his concerns for my mom's comfort and safety - to the actual replacement of the 42yr old furnace and leaking hot water heater... all done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Winslow Plumbing and Heating and will definitely use them again!

Bill K. the electrician called ahead to inform me of his arrival time. installed 2 smoke and CO2 detectors, replaced an outside lighting fixture and repaired a faulty wall plug ,a;; in under an hour. Very friendly and courteous. Chris W. the plumber arrived on time replaced the broken drain pipe and pop-up assembly in a vanity sink quickly and neatly and even replaced the aerator that he noticed was spraying water erratically. I would recommend E.F. Winslow to anyone looking for reliable, timely, service and reasonable prices.
