  I've used them twice for two of my stores in an effort to save money. I thought the second time would be a charm, however once again there was a huge gap inbetween the assigned completion date and when the project was actually completed. And once again, it took a few days before I even received a response to basic questions. However, the staff is nice and the quality of the completed work was good. As a retired VET, time and communication is important to me. I found neither of those qualities with this company.

  Excellent service and staff came to the appointment as scheduled did a great job when sign was finished i got great feed back from all my customers you could see their work @ kings body shop 13401 montana you will like it too

  Terrible sales service. They came out for an appointment to give an estimate for an sign we wished to purchase after initially forgetting about the original appointment that morning. Now, two weeks later, they still have yet to follow up in any way. I've called down there four times and now only get the machine. If they don't want the business, they should just come out and say so. Edit to response. No, I am not talking about that job, as I have no idea what that is. A rep came to our property for an estimate on purchasing LED signs for our property on the 6th of this month and after answering one phone call out of the 8 I've attempted, I have yet to get any quote or estimate back as promised. Your line, no matter what time I try and call, is never answered and goes to voicemail. I should not have to call leaving multiple voicemails for nearly 3 weeks with no reply in order to try and earn your business.

  Hi Jason, your speaking about a job we did by removing a sign 2 years ago from Farmers Insurance, which you were not the owner. We only keep the sign for 2 weeks and we dispose of them. We gladly spoke to you Friday and we were trying to help you, you have not been calling us, the only call we have from you is from Friday the 16. We love helping our customers out. I will be calling you so you can stop by our shop and we can help you with your needs.
