  I had a problem at home, my dishwasher was broken. So it made my braker to blew up. I called the guy to disconnect it. He came, what he did - he disconnected dishwasher, put new braker, checked 2 outlets and estimate some fixing price. He charged me 350 dollars for that. No official paper, no prices, no notification how much it would be. Today came another company to install dishwasher. It turned out that this one didn't disconnect it, he just cut it one foot shorter which makes more difficult to install new dishwasher. Also, I asked him official paper with prices and invoice - I never received it. I absolutely don't recommend this service whatsoever.
