  Would love to speak to corporate/head of all of it, but there is no number for that. After 9 years of using them, this is the first time we have had an issue and leading me to think time to find a new company. It wasn't bad enough they left a cap off during a storm last month, but now today... Quite disgusted. No not ok with how today went at all. Wasn't given an option neither.

  I had to have a huge repair done. Floor under my furnace had gotten wet and rotted due to another company’s shotty install 10 years prior. Normally E&V doesn’t do floor replacements, but they made it work for me. I also had my heat exchanger and burners replaced. The team that came to do the repair, Joe & Doug, were very professional, knowledgeable & instilled me with total confidence that everything would be done well and done right. Other parts were needed to fix everything that the previous company had done wrong with my furnace & ac coil & those were provided for no extra charge. Joe & Doug told me they wanted it all to be done the way it should have been the 1st time. And on top of all this, everything is fully guaranteed. I won’t hesitate to recommend E&V in the future and have already highly recommended them to a co-worker looking for a new furnace.

  My wife and I were very impressed with Greg and the install team that put in our Mitsubishi ductless system. The team was professional and the job looks great. We are very pleased. We highly recommended E&V Energy.
