  When good companies make mistakes they will step up and admit their mistake. This happened last week with the E&W electrical solution. They quickly corrected the mistake which was that they had forgotten to bring a battery for my generator. They took care of it in a very timely and efficient way. Thank you to Andy Kent the Tech.   The technicians were on time, very courteous, and worked until everything was right. I am very satisfied with the 22kw Guardian that has already provided whole house backup after a utility power outage during a recent storm.
