Awesome Services, I recommend use 1 Gbps for Internet speed but it's no issues at all.

Horrible excuse for an electric company, never have I paid so much for so little.. Ridiculous rates, ridiculous price they want for a deposit! For what?? To be ripped off since Aug and all they want to give is a measly 100 credit for over charging customers since August?! Nothing honest or good about this place, they need to be voted out!!

Had service for years without any problems. Bought a new place and nothing but issues from them. I wish I had a choice and I wouldn't use them!

There is several reviews about outages and service being shut off. I have been a customer for 13 years now. Also had new service pole installed for new construction. They had electric service within a few weeks. No problem because I called ahead of actually needing the service.

Never had service shut off and in the 13 years the longest the power has been out was 6 hours when a substation fried during a storm. Any other times (maybe 7 or 8) its been back on within 2 hours.

As far as rates, the electricity costs are competitive. Im not sure where people are saying oge and pso is cheaper?? Maybe the cost to get turned on is cheaper, but usage costs (rates) posted are cheaper without having to use  one of the programs that make you sweat during the day so that you aren’t being penalized for over using.

Leaving 1 star because I can't leave 0. Needed to sell the property with the electric on a prepaid account, haven't been on the property for over 4 months and didn't realise they were still charging service fees. Now they won't let the new owner turn on the power until I pay the penalty that just don't have right now. I asked Becka if there was anyway I could set up a payment plan so the new owner could get the power on and was told no, I just have to pay in full or they can't move into their new home. Was hoping for at least a little sympathy, delay payment, payment plan, maybe a small reduction since the property wasn't even used, but got nothing. Glad I don't use easy central anymore. I will gladly pay when I can, I just don't understand punishing the new owner of the property when it's not even money they owe. My dad dealt with these jokers for 20 years, I finally understand why he hated them.

This company is terrible for getting out and installing new service. We started our account and put our deposit in almost 7 weeks ago to install a pole. It took 3 weeks for someone to come out and put a stake in. 2 weeks later I'm calling and they tell me that they would be out the next Wednesday or before. The next Thursday I call again and they tell me the same thing. I call on Monday, they said they would he out Tuesday, now its Wednesday and they say it's just finally been submitted to the contractors yesterday! Friday will be 7 weeks of waiting on them to move in and listening to lies.

WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Not only does my power go out everytime there is a small storm but, it takes hours sometimes even days for it to come back on. I have had them for 6 months now and within that time I have had atleast 4 outages that have lasted more than a day or so. I have lost hundreds of dollars in groceries and I have a 4 month old at home who I am continually having to pack up and take him to relatives because our home is to hot to be in. Anytime you call to check on the status the operators do not give you any information but, "That it could be anywhere from a couple of hours to a couple of days." If I could rate no stars I honestly would.

It would be nice to not have to pay $3.95 as a convenience  fee . Ya know people have to work and y’all close at five. If you live off from the office you get to pay this inconvenient convenience fee. To boot if you don’t have at least $25.00 on your prepay account then you are screwed kids no kids you are screwed . It is not like I’m sitting at home sucking off the government. I work for a living ! Geez I am freaking trying here!

Such a slow process. Talked to several different people there and got different answers from all of them on how long it would take to get electric out to my new house. Long story short I was suppose to be moving into my house at the lastest dec. 1st. It is now Christmas Eve and the only thing been put in the ground is a couple stakes. From the reviews I’m not the only one with this issue.
