The best work we have seen in a long time great customer service and attention to detail! They not only did great install for new construction build but did it in a timely manner with advice and insight on design aspect as well. We are builders and will be using them for future builds soon.

I've been in my newly built house for little over a year now and the breaker to my hot water heater started tripping and had no hot water. I contacted the builder who mentioned the hot water heater was no longer under warranty but would send an email right away to the electric company who wired the house and installed the heater (Ed's Electric) so they would get the request first thing the next morning. Ed's Electric installed all of the electric wiring, fixtures and water heater in my new house. I patiently waited for a response from them and had heard nothing by noon so I decided to call Ed's Electric myself. I was told they were working on it so I thanked the representative. Still did not hear from them so knowing the water heater was not under warranty I decided to contact another electric company that gave me a quick response. I contacted Ed's Electric and told them that I found someone else. Ed and his company are very reputable and have been in business for quite a while and did an outstanding job on my new house But, and this is a biggie. The electrician started to troubleshoot why the new water heater was tripping the breaker. The electrician asked me to walk over to the breaker panel to look at something. He had his fingers pulling a loose wire in and out of the 2 pole 25 amp breaker and told me the wire was never tightened when it was installed. I knew that a year old water heater could not be broken that quick. This cost me $150.00 for the electrician to turn a screw and secure a wire. The electrician also went through all of the terminals just to check and make sure and did find that a few more terminal screws were not as tight as they should be. I am sure it was an honest mistake but I also blame the inspector who inspected the installation. Inspectors usually use their fingers to pull on each wire to check. I know I could have waited but for how long? I have waited in the past and from past experiences that is why I contacted another company who understands what it like to be without hot water.

Absolutely fantastic. Contacted the firm that wired my house as well as 2 others. No one wanted to come out (2 outside outlets) because the job was too small. Ed's charged half what I was quoted by online firm. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. On time for job.
