Edelman Inc. is super efficient from the initial contact to completing the cleaning. After receiving a discount for multiple units in a condo complex, the followup call to schedule the cleaning was timely and the options were clearly explained. The cleaning team of 2 showed up after a text notification and were finished in no time. Their equipment does a more thorough cleaning than I could do with a shop vac and the air inside smells dust free.

Was a winter storm warning on 2/17/22. Doug and Andrew were supposed to come between noon and 4. I phoned the office about 10:15; it had already started snowing... I told Ally if they were done with their morning job, they could come earlier OR we could reschedule. Andrew called a few minutes later and said they were on their way; it would be about an hour. Doug fixed the drain pipe that the sump pump drains into, Andrew got up in the attic and ran wire so Doug could install a fancy new light above my pantry door. These guys: either their Mama pounded it into their heads or they were really trained well. They were both polite, showed me and explained what they were going to do, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Even to the point of cleaning up and vacuuming. Except on that day, I practically pushed them out the door. I was so afraid they'd get stuck in the snow on their way home. It's really nice when a technician comes and they can hold a conversation, actually do the job right, and efficiently. That describes Doug and Andrew! Thank You!

This company has had the best customer service manners of any other company I have seen. Very polite from the office assistants to the techs. They texted a picture of the tech before he got to my home, which made it nice knowing who he was before he knocked on my door. That is good business these days! The tech answered all my questions, above and beyond! Great company. Thanks for your assistance when my furnace went out this winter!
