  Let me start by saying that they were likely overwhelmed by the demand due to the big storm that came through, but customer service was terrible. He'd call and say that he'd be there at a certain time- didn't show up. I would have to reach out to them to see what's going on, and each time was assured that they'd be there "tomorrow". After multiple days of this, and a text sent to me saying "appointment canceled", I moved on to a company that was actually responsive and cared about their customers. Would not recommend.

  This company does not scrimp on service! I appreciate the way their electricians try their best to make sure an electrical issue is 100% fixed and the customer is satisfied before closing a project. If you hired this contractor, I assure you, you will not want to hire anyone else afterward.

  I’m giving this contractor five stars for impeccable service and professionalism. I hired them to install multiple electrical appliances to several condo rentals I own. The electricians worked efficiently with the whole process, making sure nothing was overlooked. Such a great company to work with!
