  Not responsive to a live power line being down in our drive way. Notified them 3 hours ago and still no response. We can not leave our house and we were spoken to very condescendingly over the phone. When someone gets electrocuted, maybe they will triage priority better.

  I had some contractors at my home removing trees and a tree caught the wires and took out my electric service! I called the after hours number to report the outage and I could not believe it, they were at my home in about 15 minutes and had my service back up and running in NO TIME. The guys who came out were awesome and we could not be happier with Guntersville Electric....also all this and NO CHARGE :)

  Jason Kirkland, Jeff Elrod are awesome staff at the Guntersville Electric Board. They are making things "better then ever" now, that the old manager has retired. Jason makes it his mission to get things done that people have waited on for 10 years. 5 stars EVERYDAY! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK YOU 2! ENJOY YOUR PIZZA!!!
