  The trash guy on our route consistently moves and drops our trashcan in the middle of our drive way. Very annoying to have to get out of my car to have to move it so I can pull off the road.

  Disconnected water service. When payment was made. Customer service is very poor. Regardless of what someone situation is doesn’t give you the right to be rude. Learn how to respect people.

  I had read all of the reviews prior to purchasing a home in Anderson, so i wasn't looking forward it dealing with them. However, the 2 times I've talked to them it has been smooth, and pleasant. In person it was quick and easy, and on the phone very helpful as well. I have noticed that sometimes it goes to voicemail, but i don't leave a message, i just call back in a 3-5 minutes.. Has worked every time!
