  I spoke with Brian at Electric Plus on yesterday in regards to my garage door opener and he scheduled an appointment for today for me. Technician Logan and Taylor came out and they did a fabulous job. They both were very kind and patient and at first they were not sure if they were going to be able to fix today, but they went to their truck and found what they needed and I now have a garage door that works now. I have been waiting for my garage door to be fixed for a month with another garage door company. I am truly grateful to Logan and Taylor for their hard work and professionalism. Whenever anything else goes wrong with my garage I will definitely request Electric Plus. Thanks Electric Plus!!!!!

  What a great experience I had tonight when the excellent crew of Electric Plus came to my home to replace a broken garage door opener. I used their website to request service late the night before and in the morning I had a response that a technician would be at my home to access/repair the unit later that day. Teresa (yes! a great young woman technician) and her associate, Brennen, were on time and they went right to work. Teresa not only replaced the broken opener but she noticed a very bad installation job that was done just this past summer on another garage door. She fixed that door too! I was so happy to have it repaired correctly. Her price was considerably lower than a door that was repaired 7 years ago and lower than the door that was repaired this summer. This is a wonderful company with great communication to their customers, knowledgeable technicians, and very fair prices. They are honest people...look no further - just call Electric Plus if you need your garage door repaired.

  The absolute worst!! My warranty company assigned them to fix a garage door. It took them a week to contact us and another week for them to come to our house. While here to assess our garage problem, they "tightened" the chain to my other garage door that had been working perfectly fine (I did not give permission to touch the other garage). They charged us $150 out of pocket for something that came with the new machine - which we later found out no other garage door companies charge. When we told them about the other garage door that THEY broke, they said we had to open up another claim and it would be the same amount for them to fix it. They would not give us the managers number and kept saying "he will call you..." after a week of trying to get in contact with someone at the company, they said it wasn't their problem. They also left ALL their trash in the garage - screws were every where and we do park cars in the garage. I have never felt so taken advantage of by a company. We had to have another company come fix the garage Electric Plus broke. Biggest scam artist. BEWARE!!!!!
