  Would not recommend and would leave no star if I could. I'm a former facilities manager for CBRE and JLL. I have many friends in IFMA that I often refer vendors to. Well Joe, often times I test people with personal home projects to see if they are worth offering high six to seven digit contracts by my friends and now personal clients, you wont be one. I reached out to Joe for a project on my home and found him to be very unprofessional. Contacted him by email on 1/21/21, he responded 1/22/21 and I responded to his question 1/22/21. On 1/25/21 he sent email to set up appointment on 1/27/21 between 9am-10am, so my wife takes day off from work and stays home. 1/27/21: no show between 9am - 10am. At 1:42pm Joe finally sends text that the job he is on is running long, so he asks if we can reschedule for tomorrow. I understand and wife agrees to take another day off from work. 1/28/21: Wife texts him at 8am asking what time is he coming, no response. At 12:54pm I get a text that his truck was broken into night before and his phone and some tools were stolen, but no reappointment. At 4:48pm wife sends text asking if he is still interested in job. 1/29/21: I text Joe at 1:09pm asking if he is still interested in job. At 1:19pm he responds sure and and that "he" would be happy to reschedule next week. So responds again how about Monday (2/1/21) at 9am. 2/1/21: Day three of wife taking work off. At 8:39am Joe sends text he can't make 9am and will be between 10am - 11am. Wife very upset agrees and send him that it would be fine. At 12:22pm, still no Joe. I texted him "Seriously Joe!" and I have not heard from him since. No email, no text, no call.

  Joe was great. His prices were reasonable. He handled the job promptly and professionally. I am looking forward to working with him again.
