  Inspectors don't tell all of the story when a problem is discovered. I needed to have an electrical wiring inspection because the 2nd floor (50 year old) drywall was replaced with new drywall & painted. The company we got to perform the inspection was NOT recognized by BBEI Office. Only one company in Baltimore County is approved for this test. Or as suggested by BBEI Supervisor, I could canvas the area for another company that meets the Baltimore County Electrical Inspection test. Contact the Electrical Inspection Supervisor for a complete APPROVED list of companies. So now, I am paying twice for an electrical wiring inspection.

  Had to make two calls just to reach the inspector (John Jennings). Let me tell you... Those were three of the rudest calls I've ever had in my life. You people really need to work on your customer service skills or find someone else to answer the phone. Unreal.
