  The Pros and Cons of ESOP Initially Electrical Services of Pensacola came to our house in 2012 and fixed some issues after we bought our home. One of the repairs was the exterior power outlet on the porch. We were happy with their service and referred business to them. A few years later the outlet went out again so they came and repaired it again (I forget when); second time we paid. Then in February of 2020 the outlet went out again. They came and "fixed" it a third time and charged us again. We specifically asked is there a bigger issue making the GFC outlet go bad. They assured us no, just poor quality parts (ironic since they installed them). Then, in December of 2020 the outlet went out again! Called them up, they came out to fix it, and again they charged me (fourth time if you are keeping track) and said everything was ok, just a bad GFC. Two weeks later, guess what? Yep, the outlet went out again. I called up the owner and told him there must be a bigger problem and requested they come out and fix it right this time under warranty since I already paid multiple times. He said no; they would only come out if we paid a 5th time. To give them the benefit of the doubt, I called back and left 2-3 messages for him to call me back over 4-5 weeks because we were really disappointed and wanted to give them a chance to make it right. Zero returned calls or communication. Hence, we paid a lot of money for an outlet that is still broken. Needless to say we would not use Electrical Services of Florida, or recommend them to anyone again. Hope this helps you make an informed decision regarding your families electrical needs. We are totally disappointed and feel robbed.

  I am so pleased with the service I received from this company! After having 2 different people try to figure out my wiring issue this young man was able to figure it out quickly! He was polite and knew what he was doing! Thank you 😊

  RUDE & ANTAGNOSTIC / Tom came by at our request to hook up a generator; he looked at the box outside, left, and we didn't hear from him again. Two weeks later, I called the office inquiring about the estimate we had not received. His wife informed me she needed my email address to send an estimate. (Note she didn't call me and tell me so.) Finally, in speaking with Tom, he insisted on speaking with my husband (who wasn't home) informed me rudely that I didn't know what I wanted and we could not use a portable generator for whole house. (Ok, no problem: so then hook it up as it's meant to be used!) He would explain nothing else to me, insisted on speaking to my husband, and was so condesending towards me I bet the snails on the ground got a look at his eyeball. THEY MUST HAVE so much work they don't have to be even remotely polite. We finally cancelled our request. Life is too short for this.
