We had 2 people show up to complete our list of electrical home repairs and updates. They were amazing. They showed up, they completed my list and the work quality was excellent. I am so very pleased! Thanks you guys!

Alex came out and put in a new outdoor outlet for us on our patio. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. Took him less than 30 minutes. He did a great job! Thank you.

Company does not take any responsibility, communication very poor. Literally shocked myself by their oversights. 6+ months of lost opportunities and disrespect by owner Adam, we have hired another electrician and recommend others do the same. *View reply and ask if you would want to hire someone constantly blames to the customer with lies. Now, we attempted to contact Adam and discussed it with our contractor to see if there was any outstanding bill - it does not exist. Literally has spent more time responding to reviews than contacting paying customers or finishing a job. Addendum: Adam, take time away from harassing customers (i.e. previously deleted comments regarding our finances, telling us what we can afford, calling us cheats) and respond to us. Since you respond to your reviews, specifically what do we still owe you for and when did you send it? I’ll update this review once we receive your phantom bill so customers can see what you actually sent to collections but NOT to us just so they know just how petty and deceitful of a company they are dealing with by hiring you. To recap, we paid nearly 16K for electrical work during construction, mostly single level home. Kept every invoice and exchange. Far cry from wanting everything for free, but I digress. Our builder confirms you were paid for all work in Nov 2020 BEFORE we ever moved in. We were happy to pay you then, and thought you were a good guy. We requested you for minor alterations after move in, as explained below. We agreed to pay 100% of your quoted fee as it was not part of the original job. In addition, while under your warranty, 3-4 months in, you got around to change out a hot switch that you long disputed. We were legitimately concerned about a fire hazard for months. I’ve never had a light switch hot to touch. Your response was to avoid it and eventually via text saying it’s normal for a dimmer switch. And if it’s not over 195F as max temp stated in Underwriters Laboratory when you come out to look at it, you will charge us extra for coming out! Explain that part about standing behind your work again? Literally could not touch it without burning. Needless to say, guys that changed it out agreed it was way too hot. Still gave you a chance and wanted to work through it. Then, you left my child’s bathroom outlet in disarray with electrical wires hanging out - a job you rushed to dismiss. Not having a simple switch cover to complete putting a bathroom fan on a switch is mind numbing. Of all things, an electrician waits several months and shows up without a switch cover. Another lost day for me. You were here total 5 minutes that morning (we told you we would pay, have the text, however you came unprepared and bailed). And ultimately led to me shocking myself b/c I was so surprised that it was just left in such state. Very glad my children were not home at the time to encounter it. This was after you cancelled or flat no showed at least 4 or 5 times over the course of several months. We scheduled sometimes a month or more in advance and had other jobs take priority more than a few times. Then finally said you were ordering a cover (nothing complicated here), well clearly you never did. We reached out 1.5 wk later to see what’s up. It was then you then told us to just hire someone else and blamed us for your inadequacy. Thanks. I have took much time off work, made childcare plans, accommodated YOUR time of day so workers would not be in an attic (despite you knowing about this small job several months before warm weather), and your web hours being complete bogus! So it’s not bullying, it’s accountability. We have expressed to our home builder real concern with your general neglect for others compounded by a very poor attitude and inefficiency. I should not have to tell you that you do not ever leave active wire hanging out in a home with kids and a family living, or don’t ever tell the customer they’re a pain when they express concern for a hot light switch for months! We are the ones cheated and find it shameful how you handle any problem.

Gary just had his wife Ami also leave a 1 star review also because they wanted work done for free. The work they wanted done was not part of the original job but these customers wanted work for free. I wish I could post screenshots of the messages between our company and this customer. He went out of his way to make it look like we do bad work, even though this job was inspected by the city of Johnson City. We take pride in our work and we have been in business 21 years. Even with the false information In your review , I appreciate the opportunity to work for you And God bless you..
