  Half my room on the upper level was out. After doing some digging, I came across ESI. The administrator Barb, informed me they can have a guy out in 15 min. Sure enough, 15 minutes later he showed up and found the issue within 2 min of being here and fixed it. All-in-all only took him about 10 min. The electrician who was here was very kind and professional. I would like to make it known because it surprised me at first, that the service is charged at $80 an hour. Even if it took only 20 mins they will charge that. To me that's fair, you see this in a lot of businesses. As my grandfather always put it, you get what you paid for in the end. I would recommend ESI to anyone just for their excellent service alone. I would like to throw a special thanks out to Barb for working with me and giving me the information and service I needed during my power issues. Every service call starts with someone and she did great.

  Dave Teicher and his crew were great. He went out of his way to make sure the work was done as efficient and affordable as possible. This was the first time I needed a professional electrician in the St. Cloud area and they exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend.

  I had them remove some old screw in fuse type panels in my shop and install a new modern breaker box. David did an outstanding job and right on budget. I can't say enough about ESI and the professional job they did.
