    I set up an appointment with ElectriCity a week in advance. An hour after the scheduled appointment time, I called them to find out what was going on. Chuck called back a few minutes later, telling me that he was sick and couldn't make it. Sometimes life happens, but he should have called me to reschedule if he couldn't make it, rather than simply skipping his appointments and wasting my time.
