  First time I used them they were excellent. However I called them again a few months later for another job and they simply never showed up. I scheduled an appointment between 11 and 1. At 1 I called to check on the status of the technician they simply said noone was available and they could schedule me the next day. No phone call no explanation, they just left me there waiting. Sorry but I will never use them again. That is not how you do business.

  Raul came towards the beginning of the time frame that the company assigned. He did an amazing job installing my “Phillips - Hue White and Color Ambiance Discover Outdoor Floodlight - Black.” The light was installed on the ceiling of the outside rim of my house. It was raining and he still got the job done with no complaints. I was unable to do it myself, but he made the job look so easy. I hope I am able to have him come out again when I replace my other outdoor fixture with the same fixture that he installed.
